From an 8-room boutique hotel to a magnificent 22-room retreat, our renovated property invites guests to experience a new level of comfort and sophistication.

Our role was initially as a developer and investor under our Real Estate Development brand Urbanista, which engaged our sister company Avci Architects to develop the concept design, obtain permits, and complete all construction documentation, including shop drawing level of details. The investor asked that we develop the construction strategy and source materials in Turkey. This work was carried out under Urbanista, a subsidiary of Avci, which supervised the production of shop drawings, selected specialists with the help of the team and main contractor, and agreed on manufacturing details using shop drawings and one-to-one on-site mock-ups, and supervised the construction of the hotel. The project was completed and opened in 2011.
