Rimski Vrelec is located in the upper plains of the foothills of Mount Uršlje, which is rich in iron. The water that has been flowing out of the hills since Roman times has been providing a health resource for centuries, and continues to do so to this day.

Visitors come from all over the region to fill their bottles with this clear water which is so rich in iron that one feels as if one is drinking liquid iron. Its benefits are plenty and will continue to attract visitors for many many years to come.

In our outdoor areas, we have carefully crafted spaces that not only provide shelter but also embrace the beauty of nature. Each corner has been carefully enriched to offer a sanctuary where guests can connect with their surroundings while enjoying the comfort of sheltered amenities.

Furniture and decor are custom-crafted with a nod to the local craftsmanship, utilizing responsibly sourced materials to create a harmonious blend of tradition and modernity. The bungalow rooms are designed for the effective use of small spaces and all wooden surfaces are produced with detailed workmanship.

As the project is currently under construction, our role as Bespoke+ is to resolve issues focused on the fitout works through the conceptual and interior design projects prepared by our sister company, Avci Architects. The investor requested us to develop the construction strategy, sourcing materials and labor from various locations, including Slovenia and Turkey. This work is carried out under Bespoke+. We will oversee the production of workshop drawings, select specialists with the help of the team and the main contractor, agree on construction details using the workshop drawings and mock-ups on site, and supervise the construction of the hotel units. The project will be completed and open in June 2026.
